Job Description
Be responsible for the platform - based independent design of seat frames, as well as the modularization, generalization, and light weighting of product components.
Take charge of the research and application of new technologies, new processes, and innovative structures for seat frames.
Focus on tackling key and difficult problems of seat frames, VAVE (Value Analysis and Value Engineering) solutions, and structural optimization.
Implement the construction of the technical system and development capabilities for seat frame components.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree or above, with more than 10 years of professional experience in seat frames. Those with seat frame development experience from top domestic and foreign seat suppliers such as Yanfeng, Faurecia, Adient, and Lear will be given priority.
