Senior Lead Exterior Creative Design Expert

Must have 10 -15 years expertise of Creative Design Exteriors.

1. Introduce advance Styling method optimize current styling design process.
2. Promote advance styling to propose the styling work
3. Guide young Designers to complete vehicle project.
Responsibilities:
1. Guide or directly participate in responsible project, creative design work and report to Creative Director.
2. Combine with Director suggestions and project requirements organize designers to conduct creative work.
3. Combine with creative needs and project situation, communicate with relevant departments make sure to see styling effect, cost, process feasibility, project period target.
4. Guide CAS, Clay Model section to implement model making work according to design purpose and report to Director one week in advance the important node:
5. Responsible to train designer’s 3D understanding ability, enable them to guide CAS data clay model. Achieve best result.
Qualifications
1. Degree master’s in industrial design, Transportation tools Direction.
2. Must be a Senior Exterior Designer at present Min 8-10 years expertise. Must be in complete Vehicle Exterior Styling experience with successful model design experience
3. Skills: Necessary talent training, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication resource management.
4. Job Qualifications: Strong innovation ability able to guide others finish complete vehicle styling design work. Able to guide CAS, clay Model section styling work. Able to complement styling creative work design work combine with the situation of engineering process and original cost.
5. Tools: Have skills in PHOTOSHOP, Alias and other 3 D Tools.
