Responsibilities

2. Process Optimization: As a process mentor, based on one's own knowledge/experience reserve and the current situation of the industry, and from the perspective of the company as a whole, formulate improvement plans for the existing process standards, process planning schemes, project promotion schemes, process management models, etc., and promote their implementation.


3. System - wide Technical Improvement and Capacity Enhancement: Based on the future transformation of intelligent manufacturing, evaluate the capacity of the existing production line system, establish evaluation criteria, determine the direction of technical improvement,

Qualifications:
