Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the development of handling stability and ride comfort performance of overseas vehicle models and chassis tuning (suspension, tires, steering and chassis electronic control systems, etc.) to meet the needs of overseas markets.
- Responsible for the overall vehicle dynamic evaluation in overseas markets and the benchmarking of benchmark vehicles.
- Responsible for solving comprehensive problems regarding the chassis performance of overseas vehicle models.
- Responsible for improving vehicle dynamics tuning methods, tuning processes and subjective evaluation systems.
- Responsible for enhancing the capabilities of the chassis performance development team.
Qualifications:
- Have more than 10-15 years of relevant experience in dynamics development.
- Possess experience in vehicle performance development and tuning for global market - oriented vehicle models.
- Proficient in vehicle dynamics theory and relevant component knowledge.
- Have excellent driving skills and professional test - track driving qualifications.
- Have independent chassis tuning and development experience for no less than three launched vehicle models.
