Senior Vehicle Lighting Styling Designer Contract

1. Formulate and implement the company's brand lamp design strategies, improve the process system of the lamp design department, including processes and systems, optimize and improve;


2. Control the overall design process of the lamp design department, including the design direction and quality in the advance and unit production stages;


3. Guide relevant principals to complete the definition of project styling design, and check the design direction and scheme quality;


4. Cooperate with and guide designers to make and control 3D (digital and solid models);


5. Solve the technical problems encountered in the process of styling design and development;


6. With innovative design analysis ability, and excellent sketch and effect drawing expression ability;


7. Guide and train young designers to improve the professional ability of the team

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial design;


2. More than 15 years of working experience   in automobile styling design and

automobile lamp styling design.

3. Master the basic professional knowledge of industrial design and automobile structure;


4. Have at least 5 vehicle lamp design experience and play a leading role in at least 2 projects. Excellent ability to judge the design direction.


5. Over 5 years of team management experience. Can effectively lead the team and horizontal departments to jointly set challenge goals and implement them.

1. High innovation and creativity, excellent sketches and effect chart expressiveness, strong spirit and mentality of exploring new things;

2.Familiar with automobile structure and lamp structure, and master the knowledge of lamp laws and regulations;

3. Strong communication and expression skills, clear handling logic.


4. Pay attention to the latest design trends and mainstream product design schemes at home and abroad, love design and life;


5. Familiar with PS, Alias and other design software.
