Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish product verification strategies, systems and capabilities that meet the needs of the global market, guide the implementation of adaptive verification, and continuousl y improve the quality of verification.


2. Focusing on new energy and intelligence (intelligent driving, intelligent cockpit, intellig ent chassis, etc.) of products, carry out the development of new verification technologies and evaluation standards.


3. From the perspective of the market and users, improve the vehicle integration and ac ceptance verification models and mechanisms to effectively intercept product design def ects.


4. Improve the technical capabilities of personnel and optimize the echelon of technical talents through technical training, project practice and other means.

Qualifications:

1. Work Experience and Seniority: Have over 12 years of experience in vehicle verificatio, with verification planning and implementation experience for no less than two globall y mass-produced vehicle models. A bachelor's degree or above is required.


2. Major Requirements: Majors in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, materials science, automation, mechanics, etc.


3. Job Skills: Possess the abilities of verification technology development and verification planning. Those with verification experience in high-end markets such as Europe and th e United States will be given preference.
