AQE Director （R&D Quality）Contract Job China

Report To: Chairman Responsibilities:

Oversee the quality of all businesses of the company.

1． Have experience in the quality management of automotive motor and controller products, and be able to guide all links to carry out quality improvement from the perspective of failure modes, reduce quality risks, and improve quality indicators.

2 ．As a Quality Director, possess the ability to lead organizational changes in the quality sector, and be able to enhance the overall quality management level and efficiency of the entire sector in terms of organizational operation.

3． Responsible for the design of the company's preliminary quality system framework, be able to conduct systematic process combing, and optimize the system framework and content in combination with existing problems.

4． Responsible for the quality planning of R&D projects, guide the preparation of quality documents such as APQP and PPAP for projects, and guide the formulation of project quality planning and solutions.

5． Responsible for guiding the construction of the preliminary quality system and process audits for each project, identify problems through system and on-site audits, and provide guidance for rectification.

6． Responsible for the planning of the process reliability verification of R&D projects; guide the analysis and closed-loop management of preliminary quality issues.

Requirements：

Experience in engine + transmission + motor + controller + cockpit + audio-visual system is acceptable.

At least, it should involve two or three aspects among them.
